My path into this work did not begin in a therapy room, but in an organic teashop I ran while living in Ireland. While I enjoyed serving my customers, I noticed that people were returning less for the tea and more for the conversations. Something deeper was being asked of me — a relational presence that went beyond casual exchange.

This experience awakened a quiet knowing that my role was not simply to listen, but to meet people more fully in their well-being. I later moved to Portugal and began formal training in integrative health and nutrition, seeking a way to support people more professionally. Yet even then, it became clear that physical and lifestyle approaches alone were not enough to meet what people were bringing — emotional, relational, and spiritual layers that asked for deeper integration.

That recognition opened the way toward the work I now offer, where lived experience, intuitive perception, and structured methods come together to meet people at the level they are already touching within themselves.

During that same period, I began experiencing vivid dreams and out-of-body states that felt unmistakably real upon waking. I knew these experiences carried meaning beyond imagination, yet I had no framework to understand them. What was emerging did not feel pathological, but initiatory — as though something was asking to be understood and transformed rather than suppressed.

As I searched for ways to understand the origin of these experiences, I encountered regression therapy and recognised it as a possible bridge between memory, consciousness, and lived awareness. Practitioners were rare where I lived at the time, which eventually led me to the Past Life Regression Academy®, founded by Andy Tomlinson in the UK. His work resonated deeply, offering both structure and depth for experiences that were already unfolding within me.

Interestingly, it was during the process of engaging with the academy that the intensity of these experiences settled — not through technique, but through direct communication with my own soul. Even so, I began formal training in 2019 and completed it in 2021, allowing lived experience and professional training to meet and inform one another.

Sonia Sarina Embodiment Guide

My work is rooted in awakening and remembrance as a lived process of bringing soul awareness fully into human life. I work as a bridge between worlds, allowing insight, memory, and guidance to move from the unseen into lived reality.

Rather than focusing on healing the past as a goal in itself, my transmission centres on embodiment: recognising what is already true, integrating what has been remembered, and allowing inner authority to stabilise in daily life, relationships, and decisions.

In this way, awakening is not something to reach for in the future, but something that becomes grounded here and now, that is shaping how we live, relate, and participate in a world that is ready for a new level of consciousness.

On an even more personal note…

Together with my partner, we grow our own vegetables all year round. I am a passionate organic permaculture “no dig” gardener. You will often find me with dirty fingernails taking care of our plants, with our cat strolling around the green paradise.

My partner and I also have various smaller building projects. We are constantly working towards a more simple, natural and connected life. We are creating and doing many things ourselves. We are hoping to inspire a way of living, that is balanced and in sync with nature. We believe, this can be accessible for everyone and are happy to inspire others with our little sparks of joy and bliss we get from living this way.
